Does the BodyMedia FIT App include all of the features in the online Activity Manager?

No, some features are not available. Printable reports, publishing to Facebook, and detailed charts are some of the items that are only accessible in the online Activity Manager. Creating recipes, ate same as and daily estimating are some of the food logging features not currently available in the App.

I received a message saying "Internet Not Available" but I have a good network connection, what is wrong?

You may experience this message when the phone does have an internet connection, but the phone cannot access our servers at the moment. Please try again later and contact customer support if the problem continues.

How often do I have to login to the App?

Once you have entered your credentials successfully, the App will keep you logged in unless you select the logout button from within the App.

What if I lose my smartphone?

In the event you misplace or lose your smartphone you can unlink it from the preferences page within the Activity Manager and this will revoke the credentials for that smartphone.

Why was I unexpectedly logged out of the App?

This can happen when your credentials cannot be verified by communications to our server. This will also happen if you unlink your smartphone from the preferences page within the Activity Manager and try to continue using the App.

Why don't I have a Workouts tab?

In order to see the Workouts tab, you must have an Armband BW registered to your account.

How do I navigate Dashboard or Nutrition to a day other then today?

Slide left on your smartphone screen to move to the previous day.

I typed valid credentials on login but the App says Invalid Username or Password?

Please make sure your Internet connection is available with good signal strength and try again.
