I cannot see any of the graphs in the Activity Manager.

My Personal Bests are not updating.
Personal Bests are updated only when a new personal best is achieved. For example:
- If you have previously had 3 bests of 1000, 2000 and 3000 steps, then you reach a new best of 4000 steps, you will receive a notification that you reached a new Personal Best of 4000.
- This will now make your personal bests 2000, 3000 and 4000.
- If on the next day you reach 3500, you will not have achieved a new Personal Best because 3500 is less than 4000.
- The only way to achieve a new Personal Best on this Step Measurement is to go above 4000.
This is how the Personal Bests for all categories are calculated.
I click on a link such as 'Add Weight Measurement' or 'HELP' and nothing happens.
Your browser pop-up blocker may stop some parts of the Activity Manager from appearing in new windows.
- Some browsers will allow you to temporarily bypass pop-up blockers by holding down the control key when you click buttons and links.
- Configure any pop-up blocking software or tool bars to allow pop-ups for the BodyMedia website.
My total weight loss is not showing in the Activity Manager.
When you create a new goal, the weight that you enter becomes your new current weight for any future comparisons. You can still view your original weight from time of setting up your account when you view the Weight chart from the Activity Manager Dashboard.
The Edit Off-Body icon is not showing in the Activity Manager.
Verify that your Armband was off body for more than 30 minutes during your non sleep hours - this is the only time that the icon will appear.
The Edit Off-Body icon does not appear if your sleep times have been entered incorrectly in your User Profile when you performed your initial Activity Manager set up. A common error is the selection of 12 PM to be midnight instead of 12 AM.
