

We keep on working to improve our Activity Manager and make it easier for you to use. We're happy
to announce more new innovations to the Activity Manager. This time we're featuring some improvements
for current users as well as enhancements for new users.

We have combined the separate Goals and Targets pages into one section called Goals. Now, you can set both
weight management goals as well as activity goals in this section.


Previously, it wasn't possible to see your current goal in the Activity Manager when you returned to the Goals page.
Now on the Goals page, you will see a Current Goals section that you can adjust and easily reset. Also, on the weight loss chart
the red line drawn was always from the 1st day you created your account. The new weight tracking chart moves
the red loss trend line to match the beginning and end dates of your weight loss plan as you adjust your goals.


Now you can fine-tune your targets to meet your lifestyle. Everyone knows that to meet goals we need to balance
the amount of activity we do with the amount of food we eat. Some people like to exercise more, while others
like to reduce their food intake. With the new customization features, you can tweak these elements within
your overall goals for weight loss. If you want to eat more and exercise more, you can increase your calorie
burn and calorie intake targets. If you can’t find the time to exercise, you can reduce your calories consumed
and calories burned targets.

You can also adjust your current activity level by simply clicking on the customize link then selecting new
levels
to strive for.
