I have struggled with my weight since college. I am now a new mom and lifetime Weight Watchers member. I've been using the BodyMedia FIT System and attending weekly Weight Watchers meetings for three months, and have found great success combining these tools – I've lost 10 lbs, and am well within a healthy weight range.

The Armband is simple, easy to use and keeps me accountable on a daily basis. I've become so obsessed with it that I hate having to take it off to charge it, or even upload my data – I use the Display to make sure I'm reaching my daily activity goals, and the Activity Manager to check in from time to time.

I have yet to incorporate the gym into my life, but have learned to add more activity into my life on my terms – I park a little bit farther away, make a few extra trips up and down the steps and even take an occasional walk.

I have been using my BodyMedia FIT system every day since March 30th – I've lost 14 pounds, dropped 4% body fat and 2 pants sizes! I feel great and have so much more energy!

I am getting in 30 minutes more of cardio daily, and have changed my food habits to more healthy snacking and less junk food. (Now if it would only zap me when I make a poor food choice!)

I also had a record number of steps 2 Fridays ago – just shy of 30,000. It is a great tool and I tell everyone who will listen all about it.

I would just like to say that I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT!!!! I have been battling obesity for most of my life and have NEVER before been successful in achieving a healthier lifestyle. Three years ago, at 449 lbs, I made a serious commitment to myself that I would change my life, lose weight, and get healthy. One day at a time, I started to eat healthier, and exercise.
