Then simply log in the food you ate and our exclusive Activity Manager* tool gives you a complete report of progress
toward your weight loss and fitness goals, including number of steps taken, time spent in low, moderate and vigorous
activity, nutritional analysis and sleep efficiency. Plus, it keeps a running record so you know when you've hit a
