Billing Information

The credit card we have on file for you has expired or denied your subscription charges. To protect your privacy, your bank cannot provide us with information about the reason your payment was declined. Your credit card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.
  • You may have exeeded your credit limit.
  • Your credit card information may have changed if you recently changed your address or got a new card with a different expiration date.

You most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve your payment issue.

Please update your information as soon as possible to avoid a disruption in your service. It may take up to a day for your changes to be reflected in our system.
